Mr. Brockway has more than 25 years experience in the medical device industry, including time at CPI/Guidant and Transoma Medical, where he has performed in various departments including design, marketing, sales, and manufacturing. He has authored more than 25 articles in bioengineering and medical publications and holds more than 25 patents in the field of implantable medical devices. Mr. Brockway has both a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a master of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Coggin has more than 25 years of management experience in finance and accounting. Prior to Transoma Medical, he spent six years at KPMG where he was a Senior Manager and four years as a Controller for two technology start-up companies. He has a BA from the State University of New York at Cortland and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He also served as an adjunct faculty member at the Graduate School of Business at the University of St. Thomas from 1987 to 2000 and served as President of the Twin Cities Chapter of Financial Executives International from 2006-2007.

Jack D. Stewart

Vice President of Manufacturing Operations

Mr. Stewart has served as our Vice President of Manufacturing Operations since January 2008. He was an independent consultant focusing on operational effectiveness and organizational development from June 2004 to February 2005, and from October 2006 until joining us. From February 2005 to September 2006, Mr. Stewart served as Vice President, Operations at St. Jude Medical in its Cardiology Division. From October 2002 to June 2004, Mr. Stewart served as Vice President, Operations and Quality at ev3, Inc. and from 1995 to 2002 he served as Vice President, Operations at Boston Scientific Corporation. Mr. Stewart holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University.

Mr. Jaramillo has 25 years experience in the medical device industry with Medtronic and St. Jude Medical. He has served roles in sales and marketing both domestically and internationally within the cardiac rhythm management, cardiac surgery, and neuro product lines. Mr. Jaramillo has a degree in electrical engineering from the University of North Dakota and an MBA in marketing from the University of St. Thomas.
