Payment Terms

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise determined, all payments are Net 30 days from the date on the invoice. Modification to payment or credit terms may only be made in writing and will supersede any terms offered by the applicant.

In the event that Transoma Medical takes an adverse action against the applicant with respect to the extension of credit, the applicant has the right to request a statement containing the specific reasons for the adverse action within sixty (60) days of notification by Transoma Medical.

Shipping Terms

Products are shipped free on board (FOB) shipping point, freight prepaid (allowed). Freight charges for special delivery will be added to the customer invoice, as applicable.

Returning Products

Authorization must be obtained from your Transoma Medical sales representative or Transoma Medical before the return of any product. A Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number will be given to you. Any returned product packaging must be clearly labeled with the RMA number.

Any Transoma Medical product delivered to the customer in a damaged, defective, or nonconforming condition may be returned for full credit or replacement, upon approval of Transoma Medical, within thirty (30) working days from the date of receipt by the customer. A Transoma Medical product that has been opened or has broken package seals becomes the property of the customer and may not be returned for credit or replacement.

Contact your Transoma Medical sales representative or Transoma Medical for information about credit for or replacement of any purchased and unexpired products that are still in the original packaging (unopened and undamaged). Transoma Medical products have specific use‐before dates, shelf lives, and other restrictions that may apply. A restocking charge may also apply. Products must be used prior to the “use‐before date.”

Returning Explanted Products

Explanted products must be returned to Transoma Medical within thirty (30) days of replacement to be eligible for coverage or credit. Contact your Transoma Medical representative or Transoma Medical to obtain an explant mailer kit. An RMA number may be required for an explanted device that was replaced because of damage, defect, or product nonconformance.

Warranty

Contact your Transoma Medical representative for Product Warranty information. All products must be used prior to the “use‐before date” for any warranties to apply.
