Talk to your physician if you experience episodes of fainting or dizziness (syncope). Based on a diagnostic evaluation, your physician may refer you to a cardiologist or neurologist.
What can you expect?
Your physician will begin by compiling a detailed medical history and performing a physical exam. Based on these findings, further evaluation may be required including methods such as echocardiography, stress testing, and others to detect abnormal heart rhythms. Based on your specific needs, monitoring of your heart's rhythm can be done with external or implantable recorders.

- The heart is monitored remotely
- ECG data is recorded when events happen
- Data is sent automatically to a monitoring center where it is reviewed by certified cardiac technicians
- Doctors are notified of cardiac events enabling faster diagnosis and appropriate treatment
